Build your technology talent pipeline with Sepenta.

We develop AI-ready professionals in business English, Agile/SAFe practice, and AI-augmented workflows, assess them against real project delivery, and give you access to hire — before they ever reach your team.

How We Partner With You

Develop, Assess, Access — a technology talent pipeline, not just training

Sepenta is a technology talent pipeline partner: we develop talent, assess it against real delivery evidence, and give you access to hire — as much or as little of that pipeline as your team needs.

Develop

Build the skills you need, in-house or in our pipeline

Bring your existing engineers, analysts, and project staff up to speed on Agile/SAFe practice and AI-augmented workflows — without pulling them off delivery for months — or let Sepenta develop new technology talent from the ground up.

  • Cohort-based workshops scoped to your stack and delivery cadence
  • SPC-led Agile & SAFe practice coaching
  • AI workflow enablement for existing and incoming teams

Assess

Know what you're getting before you hire

Every candidate is scored across five real-world dimensions — English, Technical, AI, Agile/SAFe, and Collaboration — backed by evidence from live project delivery, not certificates or resumes alone.

  • Skills checkpoints and instructor review throughout training
  • A Talent Readiness Profile generated for every candidate
  • A clear, evidence-based outcome — ready, developing, or not yet

Access

Hire from a ready-to-work pipeline

Meet candidates who've already completed real project work, not just coursework — assessed on English fluency, Agile practice, and delivery, not resumes alone.

  • Candidates vetted through Train → Assess → Demonstrate → Connect
  • Internship, apprenticeship, or direct-hire placement options
  • No cost to browse; placement terms discussed directly

How It Works

Train → Assess → Demonstrate → Connect

Every candidate in our pipeline moves through the same four-stage model before they're ever introduced to a hiring partner.

1

Train

Structured curriculum in professional English, Agile/SAFe practice, and AI-augmented tools.

2

Assess

Skills checkpoints and instructor review — real competency, not just attendance.

3

Demonstrate

Candidates apply what they've learned on live project work, not simulations.

4

Connect

Ready candidates are introduced to employers for internship, apprenticeship, or hire.

Talent Readiness

How Sepenta decides a candidate is ready

Readiness isn't a certificate — it's a track record. Every candidate is scored across five core dimensions, backed by evidence from real project delivery, before we call them ready to meet an employer.

Certificates alone don't determine readiness. Course completion only shows a candidate studied the material. Readiness is judged from what they actually produced — code shipped, sprints delivered, stakeholder communication handled — reviewed by instructors against real project outcomes, not attendance.

English

Business-fluent written and spoken communication, tested in live stakeholder scenarios.

Technical

Core engineering skills verified against real code and deliverables, not quizzes.

AI

Practical fluency with AI-augmented tools and workflows in day-to-day delivery work.

Agile/SAFe

Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe ceremonies and practice, demonstrated inside real teams.

Collaboration

How they communicate, take feedback, and work with others under real delivery pressure.

Possible Outcomes

What happens after assessment

Every candidate lands in one of three outcomes — nothing is left ambiguous for the employers we introduce them to.

Ready for Interview

Consistently strong across all five dimensions, with practical evidence from real project delivery. Ready to be introduced to a hiring partner.

Development Recommended

Solid foundation with one or more dimensions still developing. Sepenta recommends a targeted plan before introduction to employers.

Not Yet Ready

Meaningful gaps remain across core dimensions. The candidate continues training and re-assessment before being considered again.

Why Employers Choose Sepenta

Lower the risk of your next hire

Whether you're growing your own bench or hiring new talent, Sepenta's model is built to de-risk the process for you.

Vetted, Not Just Certified

Every candidate has demonstrated their skills on real project work before you ever see a CV.

AI + Agile Fluency, Day One

No ramp-up on the fundamentals — candidates already work inside Agile/SAFe teams using AI-augmented tools.

Flexible Engagement

Internship, apprenticeship, direct hire, or team-wide upskilling — the model adapts to your hiring plan, not the other way around.

Enterprise Pilot

See what a Sepenta talent pilot looks like

Not ready for a long-term commitment? The Enterprise Pilot is a fixed-length, low-risk way to experience the full Sepenta model — training, assessment, and real delivery work — with a small cohort, before you evaluate a broader partnership.

Duration 8–12 weeks
Cohort Size 8–10 candidates
Format Remote, in-person, or hybrid
Outcome Structured review & interview stage
1

Cohort Selection

Sepenta assembles a cohort of 8–10 candidates matched to the role profile and skills you're evaluating.

2

Training & Delivery

Over 8–12 weeks, candidates train and apply their skills to real, structured delivery work relevant to your context.

3

Employer Touchpoints

You stay involved throughout — sample work reviews, optional ceremony sit-ins, and regular progress updates.

4

Final Presentation

Each candidate presents their pilot work and Readiness Profile directly to your team at the end of the pilot.

5

Review & Interviews

Your team reviews outcomes and interviews candidates you'd like to move forward with — no obligation to hire.

Employer Participation

What we ask of your team

A pilot only works if it reflects your real hiring bar. Your involvement is structured and time-boxed, not open-ended.

  • A named point of contact and a short role/skills brief at kickoff
  • Periodic review of sample work and progress updates
  • Attendance at the final candidate presentation and interview stage
Assessment

How candidates are evaluated

Pilot candidates are scored using the same Talent Readiness model used across every Sepenta cohort — see the Talent Readiness section above for detail.

  • Scored across English, Technical, AI, Agile/SAFe, and Collaboration
  • Backed by evidence from real project delivery, not attendance
  • A Readiness Profile is shared with you for every pilot candidate

Pricing is scoped per engagement

Enterprise Pilot pricing depends on cohort size, duration, and delivery format, so we don't publish a fixed rate here. Tell us what you're trying to evaluate and we'll put together a proposal for your team.
