A structured three-level pathway from foundations to global certification.
Whether you're an organization scaling Agile practice, or an individual building a career from scratch — Sepenta has a structured program built for you.
Direct transformation leadership and SPC-led certification tracks for teams scaling Agile practice.
A structured 3-level journey from building foundations to earning global certification.
1-Month Technology Talent Accelerator — AI-enabled delivery, Agile/SAFe, English & real project work.
Real-World Experience — live projects on a professional IT team.
Certification & AI-Integrated Delivery — official SAFe® credentials, AI agents, security and governance on real projects.
Transform your technical potential into demonstrated workplace capability.
Best for: Candidates who need to master the core IT skills demanded by the global market. Also suitable for business owners and product managers who want to learn vision, roadmap and business agility.
Requirements: Conversational spoken English — you'll be improving toward professional fluency throughout the program, since meetings, feedback, and conversations are conducted in English — plus basic familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Scholarship: A limited number of seats each cohort are reserved for high-potential candidates through scholarships, which may apply to LaunchPad, FastTrack and Pro. Take the free Talent Challenge to find out if you qualify.
This is a hands-on accelerator, not a course: you build real capability across four pillars — AI-enabled delivery, Agile/SAFe, Professional English, and real project delivery — and prove it through weekly checkpoints and a supervised capstone project, not classroom attendance.
Professional speaking environment with native English speakers.
Hands-on training with professional IT and Project Management tools (MS Office, AI integration, Confluence/Jira).
Dedicated interview support to build your confidence.
Learn to read a backlog, follow a sprint, and understand — at a foundational level — how Agile and SAFe teams plan and deliver technical work. This is the base FastTrack builds on.
Expand each phase to see weekly focus areas, delivery outcomes, and the tools you'll use.
LaunchPad measures real, demonstrated skill — not just attendance — through weekly checkpoints and a supervised capstone project.
How you're assessed: Each module closes with a practical checkpoint — a written or spoken English task, or a working MS Office, Jira, or Confluence deliverable — reviewed directly by your instructor. In the final stage you complete a supervised capstone mini-project that mirrors a real client engagement: taking a simulated project brief from backlog to a short client-style presentation, drawing on the English, Agile, and AI skills built across the full program. A final instructor review of your capstone, your English proficiency, and your tool fluency confirms you're ready to progress to FastTrack.
Your graduate profile: By the end of the program you'll communicate fluently in professional written and spoken English, produce polished business documents and presentations, navigate Jira and Confluence like a working team member, explain core Agile concepts and where SAFe fits at scale, use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to speed up everyday delivery work, and walk into an interview with a job-ready CV, LinkedIn profile, and a capstone project you can talk through in detail.
No prior Agile or AI experience is required — just conversational spoken English and basic Office familiarity.

Our team reviews your Talent Challenge score to decide which level fits you (LaunchPad, FastTrack or Pro) and whether a scholarship applies. A scholarship may apply to any of the three levels, where one is available for that cohort. The possible outcomes are below.
Consistently strong across all five dimensions. Eligible for our top scholarship tier, subject to availability.
Solid overall performance with room to grow in one or two areas. Eligible for a partial scholarship, with focus areas flagged for you.
No scholarship applied this time — you're still very welcome to enroll at standard pricing, and you can retake the Challenge later.

Book a scholarship callThe Talent Challenge is a skills snapshot, not a guarantee. Completing it does not guarantee admission into a Sepenta program, a scholarship award, or a future job placement — it's a starting point we use to personalize your path. Scholarships are limited, published only when seats are actually available for the upcoming cohort, and awarded against selection criteria we maintain internally.
Simple monthly pricing for every program. Team and organizational rates, and scholarships for high-potential candidates on any program, are available — send an enquiry below, no commitment required.

Sepenta's programs serve two groups: individuals building or advancing an Agile/AI career (from beginners to practitioners aiming for leadership roles), and organizations that want to train teams or roll out Agile transformation at scale. LaunchPad, FastTrack, and Pro are structured for different experience levels — see the "Compare" section above to find the right fit.
LaunchPad is £900 a month, FastTrack is £1,100 a month and Pro is £1,500 a month. Team and organizational rates are available — click "Enquire Now" on any plan in the Pricing section and our team will follow up with the details for your situation.
Most cohorts run live online, so you can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Select programs and corporate engagements also offer in-person or hybrid delivery — let us know your preference when you apply and we'll confirm what's available for your cohort.
Yes — completion of a Sepenta program comes with a certificate you can add to your resume or LinkedIn profile. Certificates do not expire, though we recommend keeping your skills current through our alumni community and refresher content as Agile and AI practices evolve.
Programs are primarily delivered in English, with Turkish-language cohorts available for select programs. Comfortable working proficiency in the cohort's language is expected, though you don't need to be fluent — materials and support are provided to help non-native speakers keep up.
No prior experience is required for LaunchPad, which is built for beginners. FastTrack and Pro assume some working familiarity with Agile concepts or a relevant professional background — check the "Best for" callout in each program's section to see if it matches where you're starting from.
Each program, LaunchPad, FastTrack and Pro, runs 1 month. Check the "Duration" meta item within each program's section above for exact timelines, or ask us directly when you apply and we'll walk you through the schedule for the next cohort.
Sessions are recorded and shared with enrolled participants, so a missed live session won't set you back. We recommend attending live when possible for the interactive exercises and direct access to instructors, but you'll never lose access to the material.
Yes — this is exactly what our "For Organizations" track is designed for. We work with your team to tailor content, schedule cohort-based training around your delivery calendar, and report on outcomes. Reach out through the contact form and mention your team size so we can scope it properly.
