By enrolling in any Sepenta LaunchPad, Sepenta FastTrack, Sepenta Pro, or enterprise consulting program (each a "Program"), or by otherwise using services provided by Sepenta Eğitim Danışmanlık Yazılım Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Sepenta," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in or use our Programs.
These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and enrolled participants, regardless of whether a Program is delivered online, in person, or in a blended format.
Enrollment in a Sepenta Program is confirmed once an applicant has submitted the required application, been accepted by Sepenta, and completed any applicable payment or agreed installment arrangement. Acceptance into a Program is at Sepenta's discretion and may depend on prerequisites, interview outcomes, or available capacity.
As a participant, you are expected to:
Failure to meet these expectations may affect your standing in a Program, including eligibility for certification, mentorship placements, or apprenticeship opportunities, and in serious cases may result in suspension or removal from the Program at Sepenta's discretion.
Sepenta wants participants to feel confident in their enrollment decision. Refund eligibility depends on how far a participant has progressed into a Program:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@sepenta.io. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days. Sepenta reserves the right to deduct payment-processing fees that are non-recoverable from third-party providers.
All course materials, curricula, slide decks, exercises, templates, videos, branding, and other content provided as part of a Sepenta Program (collectively, "Program Materials") are the intellectual property of Sepenta or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Program Materials solely for personal learning purposes during and after their enrollment. Participants may not:
Work that a participant creates independently during a Program — such as personal projects, code, or portfolio pieces — remains the intellectual property of the participant, except where a separate agreement (for example, an apprenticeship or client-project agreement) specifies otherwise.
Sepenta is committed to a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Participants agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behavior toward instructors, mentors, or peers. Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from a Program without refund, depending on severity.
Sepenta Programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality, accuracy, and availability of our training and consulting services, we do not guarantee specific employment, certification, or business outcomes as a result of participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sepenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a participant's enrollment in or use of a Program, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunity.
Sepenta may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our Programs, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued enrollment or use of our Programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
