With over a decade of experience driving large-scale agile transformations and digital initiatives for global enterprises, Solmaz Jarchlou is a powerhouse in strategic program leadership. As a certified SPC 5 and seasoned Release Train Engineer (RTE), she has a proven track record of aligning technology, people, and processes to deliver operational excellence and measurable business growth.
Her methodology centers on Business Value Realisation, expertly bridging the gap between high-level C-suite OKRs and tactical execution. Solmaz is a specialist in navigating complex, multi-million-pound portfolios, ensuring that organizational strategy is translated into high-performing delivery cultures.

Solmaz holds an MSc in Project & Enterprise Management from University College London (UCL), bringing academic rigor to her practical, hands-on leadership style. A truly global citizen, she is fluent in English, Turkish, and Persian, allowing her to seamlessly lead diverse, cross-functional teams across regions.
When she isn't transforming organisations, Solmaz is a dedicated trail runner and artist who finds inspiration in painting and pottery. Based in the inspiring environment of Kuşadası, she leverages the Mediterranean setting to foster the creativity and "recharged" mindset necessary for sustainable agile change.

Trained a few kilometers from where reason began
Sepenta is based in Kuşadası, on Türkiye's Aegean coast — minutes from the ruins of ancient Miletus, birthplace of Thales, the first thinker credited with explaining the world through observation and reason instead of myth.
That same instinct — question inherited assumptions, find the pattern underneath the noise — is what we teach today, whether it's an enterprise transformation or a first career step, applied to Agile delivery and AI-driven workflows instead of astronomy and geometry.

Real career transitions built through the Sepenta apprenticeship pathway — where our participants started, and where they are now.
Before Sepenta, Albatros spent years in the LNG/CNG energy sector, most recently as a Gas Logistics Operation Specialist at LUKOIL Eurasia Petrol A.Ş. — dispatching daily distribution operations and coordinating gas filling stations and truck logistics for contractual customers including hotels, construction firms, and food companies.
Today he's a Junior AI Software Engineer at Sepenta Ltd, carrying the same structured, analytical thinking that shaped his logistics career into a new technical discipline — working inside an Agile/Scrum environment and tracking sprints and tasks in Jira.

Before joining Sepenta, Alireza built a career as a mechanical engineer, most recently as a Production and Material Planning Manager, leading production, maintenance, and efficiency initiatives across the drilling and geothermal energy sector.
While continuing that role, he's also a Junior AI Engineer at Sepenta Ltd, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, and Jira, and contributing to AI development, testing, and deployment for enterprise solutions.

Peyman currently works as a Scrum Master Assistant at the London Internet Exchange (LINX), coordinating global infrastructure projects using Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
During his time with Sepenta as Scrum Master, he gained hands-on exposure to Agile tools and cross-team coordination, with mentorship from Siros and Solmaz that shaped how he approaches project work today.
