Terms of service
Provided by Sepenta Eğitim Danışmanlık Yazılım Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Last updated: 26 October 2026. These are a draft for legal review before use.
Draft. Highlighted items still need a value or a check before this page is published.
1. The agreement
These terms, the data processing agreement, the privacy notice and any order form or written agreement signed with us form the agreement. If they conflict, a signed agreement wins, then the data processing agreement, then these terms. You accept these terms for your organisation when you create or are first invited to a workspace, and confirm you may bind it.
2. The services
Penta helps teams turn context into reviewed Jira epics and stories. Magnesia shows delivery progress from Jira and GitHub and analyses daily standups. Features change over time. [EVALUATION OR BETA: say whether current use is a trial, a beta or paid]
3. Accounts, workspaces and who can use them
- Access is by invitation. Each customer has its own workspace; its Admins invite people and set their roles, and are responsible for them.
- People sign in with their own Google or Microsoft account, or with a code emailed to the invited address. Do not share sign-ins.
- Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused: info@sepenta.io.
- We may create a workspace for you and invite its first Admin. Our platform administrators cannot open your workspace or read its content.
4. Acceptable use
You will not: break the law or others' rights; upload malware; probe, scan or test the service's security without our written permission; try to access another workspace; overload the service; resell it without agreement; or use it to build a competing service. We may suspend access that threatens the service or others, and will tell you why where we can.
5. Your content and your responsibilities
- Ownership. You keep all rights in your content. You give us only the right to process it to provide the services, as described in these terms and the data processing agreement.
- Lawful use. You confirm you have the right, and a lawful basis, to put the content into the service, and that you have given the notices the law requires to the people it concerns.
- Recordings. If you record meetings (for example in Magnesia), you decide whether and how, tell the people recorded before recording starts, and edit the on-screen consent notice to match your own policy. The notice is a prompt, not a substitute for your own legal basis. Check the rules for your country and workplace.
- Sensitive data. Do not put special-category data (such as health, biometric or political information) or payment card data into the service unless we have agreed in writing that it is suitable.
- Connected services. You are responsible for the permissions you grant when you connect Jira or GitHub, and for complying with their terms.
6. AI features
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is a draft: a person must review it before relying on it, approving epics, or acting on alerts. We do not guarantee its accuracy. Content is sent to AI and speech providers only as set out in the sub-processors list. You are responsible for decisions you take using AI output.
7. Personal data
For personal data in your content we act as your processor under the data processing agreement, which is part of this agreement.
8. Fees
[FEES: free during evaluation, or the price and payment terms]. Taxes are extra where they apply.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the services available but do not promise uninterrupted service unless an order form says so. Support is by email at info@sepenta.io during [SUPPORT HOURS]. We will tell you about planned maintenance that affects you where we can.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
We own the services and their software. You may use them as these terms allow. If you give us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement, except where the law requires disclosure.
12. Warranties
We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated, they are provided "as is", and we do not promise that they will be error-free. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
13. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to [LIABILITY CAP, for example the fees paid in the previous 12 months]. [LEGAL REVIEW: caps and exclusions must be reviewed by your lawyer]
14. Suspension and ending
Either party may end the agreement by [NOTICE PERIOD] notice, or immediately for a material breach not fixed within 14 days. When it ends, we make your content available for export for [EXPORT PERIOD], then delete it as the data processing agreement describes. Sections that by nature continue (confidentiality, liability, governing law) do.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell customer Admins by email at least [NOTICE FOR CHANGES, for example 30] days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the services and end the agreement.
16. Governing law and disputes
[GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS, for example the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England].
